Acknowledgement and Declaration

I hereby apply for enrolment at TupuOra Institute of Learning (TupuOra) and I understand and agree to the following:

  1. As soon as TupuOra receives my Enrolment Form and proof of my identity, I can expect a provisional acceptance letter to study at TupuOra. I can only withdraw from that provisional acceptance by TupuOra receiving a signed completed TupuOra Change of Enrolment Form before 10% of the programme has elapsed.
  2. That my enrolment at TupuOra is subject to:
  1. TupuOra granting me admission (although in some cases my continued enrolment may be subject to satisfaction of other admission criteria (including the results of Police and health checks being entirely satisfactory to TupuOra)).
  2. TupuOra sending me a Confirmation Letter
  3. TupuOra receiving payment of all fees payable by me on or before the end of the Early Withdrawal Period, although TupuOra alone may waive this requirement without notice to me.
  4. Committed engagement with course materials and resources, including Pūkenga, Guest Speakers at tutorials or scheduled classes. If lack of attendance is seen to be contributing or causing a lack of achievement, I understand that TupuOra may, by letter to me, end my enrolment if TupuOra is not satisfied that I intend to complete the qualifications/courses I am enrolled in.
  5. That if I receive a TupuOra Confirmation Letter I will (subject to my right to withdraw as set out in this Enrolment Form and in the Guide) participate in the qualification/courses I am enrolled in and use my best efforts to successfully complete those qualification/courses.
  6. That the information I have given TupuOra is true, and complete in all respects.
  7. That I have read and understand the terms of my conditional enrolment at TupuOra and if confirmed the terms of my enrolment as set out in the TupuOra Enrolment Form and this Enrolment Guide.
  8. That I have read, I understand, and I agree to the Enrolment Guide, and this Enrolment Form.
